Book your FREE 5 minute appointment now and we'll see you at Budleigh Salterton Public Hall on Sunday 1 June, 9.30am - 1.30pm. There are 3 slots available every quarter of an hour throughout the event, so choose a time that suits you. You can also walk in and book an appointment on the day if there's availability.
Assessments and tests carried out in 5 minutes by a medical team who will also be able to give diabetes advice in partnership withClarePharm [https://www.clarepharmpharmacy.co.uk/clarepharm-budleigh], who are also offfering free blood pressure tests.
* The test measures the Blood Sugar level and is best carried out TWO HOURS after eating.
* Anyone over the age of 16 can be assessed.
