Taking place on the river at Exeter Quayside, the Regatta is one of Exeter's oldest historic sporting events and a great free family day out!
The regatta is a showcase to watch future rowing stars. It is raced along the 400m “regatta straight” starting outside the Port Royal Pub and finishing by the Butts Ferry.
Races are rowed in a variety of boat classes from the single sculls, all the way up to the large sweep eights. Exeter is of the regattas that make up the West of England Rowing Championships for coxed fours and single sculls.
Exeter Quay is a ten minute walk from Exeter City Centre, with easy access to buses and trains. Public parking is available at the Quay and well sign posted.
