Craft Your Own Vibrant Glass Bird

In just 30 minutes, you'll transform molten glass into a beautiful, hand-sculpted bird during this hands-on workshop. Choose from three delightful designs – a Robin, Wren or Blue Tit – and enjoy a one-to-one experience guided by our expert glassmakers. Perfect for beginners, no prior knowledge is needed, and you'll leave with a unique handmade keepsake to treasure.

This workshop is the perfect introduction to the art of hot glass sculpting. Starting with clear glass, you'll master the fundamentals of shaping and working with molten glass. You'll then add your unique touch to craft a vibrant and colourful bird. By the end of your session, you'll have two creations: a clear glass bird to showcase your technique, and a colourful masterpiece to highlight your new skills. After the workshop, your creations will take 2-3 days to cool before they are ready for collection or delivery.*

Closed-Toe Shoes: Essential for foot protection; no sandals or open-toed shoes.

Natural Fibre Clothing: Wear cotton for better heat resistance than synthetic fabrics.

Protective Attire: Long pants (like jeans) and a fitted long-sleeved top are ideal. Avoid flowy outfits or skirts. Short sleeves are acceptable.

Hair: Secure long hair to keep it away from your face and flames.

Minimal Jewellery: Remove accessories that could snag or conduct heat.

Safety Glasses: Provided on-site to protect your eyes.
