Claire Barker, beloved childrens author and illustrator, brings the Wild Wood to Crediton with Hettie Nettles Handbook for Hedgewitches, alongside her other enchanting titles such as Knitbone Pepper , the lovable ghost dog haunting Starcross Hall, and Picklewitch and Jack , a mischievous tree-dwelling whirlwind with a taste for cake and chaos.
Malcolm Day will be signing his historical fiction debut Two Inches of Ivory , a vivid imagining of Jane Austens life and family. To mark Jane Austens 250th birthday on 16 December, The Bookery will also feature a special display of Austen titlesideal for fans and gift-givers alike.
