Princesshay will transform Princesshay Square into an interactive wellbeing space this May, bringing together local organisations for its annual Let’s Chalk About Mental Health event.
Taking place on Thursday 14th May from 11am–3pm, the event aims to highlight the importance of talking, sharing and listening to others.
Now in its fourth year, the event has grown to include a wide range of partners offering activities, guidance and opportunities for visitors to the centre. These include creative workshops, mindful crafts, movement sessions and interactive experiences throughout the day.
A central feature will be a live chalk mural led by Urban Canvas, with members of the public invited to contribute to a shared piece of artwork as it develops across the day.
Organisations including Exeter Leisure, DYS Space, Step One, Westbank and YMCA Exeter will be running a mix of sessions and activities, from art therapy and yoga to immersive experiences and wellbeing challenges.
