Slightly unhinged, fiercely original, and impossible to pin down - Third Girl From The Left blends art pop with alt-folk/rock to create something truly distinctive. Expect off-kilter textures, reimagined sounds, and a set that moves seamlessly between haunting ballads and bold, floor-filling moments.
Championed by BBC Introducing, LOUD Women, and Amazing Radio, she’s built a reputation for “melodic storytelling” and genre-defying songwriting, with comparisons to PJ Harvey, Kate Bush, and Portishead. As Sarah Gosling (BBC Introducing/Radio X) put it: “Like Wolf Alice and Goldfrapp had a baby and Kate Bush is the nanny.”
Originally rooted in the UK folk and roots scene, a shoulder injury forced a shift away from acoustic guitar - but what could have ended a musical path instead sparked a striking reinvention. Switching to a detuned electric guitar opened up a new sonic world, shaping the raw, expressive sound she’s known for today
With support slots for Lonelady and Scott Matthews, and festival appearances including Dot to Dot and Dart Music Festival, Third Girl From The Left continues to carve out a space that’s entirely her own.
Support on the night comes from In The Meantime, a gorgeous acoustic trio whose delicate melodies and close-knit harmonies are bound to give you goosebumps - the perfect intimate counterpoint to an already spellbinding lineup.
This is music for anyone who’s ever had to start over - and kept going anyway.
