Talking Faces present two intriguing theatre pieces created and performed by the acclaimed American playwright Sam Shepard and Living Theatre actor Joseph Chaikin. Tongues is a piece about voices. Voices travelling. Voices becoming other voices. Voices from the living and the dead. Working voices. Hypnotised voices. All the while in conversation with sounds.
Savage/Love is a series of short poems of real and imagined moments in the spell of love, both in first flush and subsequent changes in feelings. A dance of emotions, funny and beguiling.
