A powerhouse of raw live energy with songs that you can’t get out of your head! In the short time Wild Oceans have been on the South West Alternative Rock scene they have already been played on Radio X, being championed by John Kennedy with continuous play on BBC Radio, Amazing Radio UK and US and iHeart Radio.

In a rehearsal room with the amps cranked loud, long-time friends Jon Burnell (Guitar and vocals), Mark Lee (Bass), Phil Thomas (Lead guitar) and Rich Walker (Drums) built a collection of demos that grew into something undeniable.

With huge guitars at the forefront driving their sound, the band caught the attention of legendary producer John Cornfield (Oasis/Muse/ Supergrass/Stone Roses) who came on board to produce their first collection of songs at the iconic Sawmills Studios in early 2025.

With a slew of sold out shows, captivating audiences with their on-stage energy leaving crowds in awe and hungry for more, they have quickly become a force to be reckoned with on stage bringing their huge sound to life.

Lyrically weaving a tapestry of life, love, loss and addiction through energy fuelled songs, cascading guitars, a driving rhythm section, huge riffs and memorable chorus’.
