Join us on the High Street, Exeter between 11am and 3pm on Thursday 2nd June to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
We will be setting up tables and benches along the High Street for you to come along and join in the festivities. You can bring your own picnic or you can click and collect from the nearby restaurants. *Please note that the consumption of alcohol on the high street and Cathedral Green is not permitted.
Bring your flags, bunting and hats along, it's time to celebrate!

Head over to the Cathedral Green and explore the Military and Community Village. Expect plenty of family fun from the Royal British Legion, SSAFA the Armed Forces charity, 13 Squadron Air Training Corps, Exeter Academy of Dance, Visit Exeter, CEDA, Exeter Live Better and Exeter City Community Trust.
On Cathedral Green you'll also find the Mighty “Dom-Tink!” - Prom-Prom’s traditional try-your-strength machine. Soaring 20 feet into the sky, use the mighty hammer of destiny and whack the nobble to ring Uncle Tacko’s bell! Stop by Uncle Tacko’s Imaginarium, a beautiful, colourful sideshow booth with entertainment for the entire family.
Sit back and refresh with a drink at Princesshay Shopping Centre's Mojito Beach Bar, as you watch Exeter Jazz Orchestra perform in the heart of the shopping centre.
Take part in thrilling family activities at Guildhall Shopping Centre, dance along to music in the square from Exeter Railway Band and dig into a scrumptious Street Food, available throughout the day.
If you want to get creative before the 2nd June why not make your own Crown or shield at the RAMM on the 31st May and the 1st June and bring them along to the High Street on the 2nd! You can also return to the museum for a live band performance in the afternoon.
