Miki Berenyi Trio (aka MB3) are Miki Berenyi on vocals/guitar (Lush), Kevin Moose McKillop on guitar (Moose) and Oliver Cherer (Gilroy Mere, Aircooled). The three musicians first worked together during Piroshka's 2021 tour Miki and Moose being founder members, Ollie joining to play bass.
MB3 was originally formed to promote Miki's memoir Fingers Crossed: How Music Saved Me From Success (published Sept 2022) accompanying her live book events with Lush covers. But as the band gelled, and with offers of gigs throughout 2023, MB3 gathered momentum, touring in the UK, Europe and US throughout 2024.
April 2025 sees the release of their album Tripla, preceded by the tracks Vertigo, 8th Deadly Sin, Big I Am and Kinch, all released via Bella Union.
Their EU tour late April/early May with Lol Tolhurst (The Cure) was tied in with a collaborative track, Stranger, also released via Bella Union.)
