On an island in the South West Sea stands The Lighthouse.
Its steady beam has rotated for hundreds of years and in that time cast its eye over countless tales of pirates, shipwrecks, sea creatures and more.
Now the Lighthouse Keeper welcomes you to come and join him and learn the fantastical secrets of the lighthouse. Come weather the storms, bunker down and seek out the true meaning behind the signals of the sea. Can you help the Lighthouse Keeper discover what is really going on beneath the waves?
PaddleBoat Theatre presents an interactive family show about harmony, hardship and hope.
Signals of the Sea is PaddleBoat Theatres 11th show. It is the culmination of a two year outreach project funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund and Arts Council England, exploring the Devon coast from Exmouth to Paignton, working with young people and families to discover what they love about their local coastline, what challenges it faces and how we could protect it for the future.
