Join origami artist and animal lover Beatrice Corsetti of CreArts Lab for a fun children's origami workshop inspired by the magic of books!
Participants will transform a single flat sheet of paper into three-dimensional origami characters and elements, inspired by the main characters and themes of favourite stories. Through folding, imagination and storytelling, children will experience the magic of bringing a character to life watching it emerge step by step from paper into a tangible form they can hold, play with and take home.
The workshop encourages creativity, fine motor skills and a deeper emotional connection with books, offering a gentle and joyful way to experience storytelling beyond the page, from book to reality.
Grown ups, this is a drop-off workshop so you're welcome to relax in our caf with a coffee, or step out and return at the end of the workshop.
This event is taking place in the Studio which is accessed via a flight of stairs. Please contact access@theatrealibi.co.uk if you have any questions about access.
