Exeter's Santa Fun Run 2018
Grab a beard, throw on a Santa suit and get your running shoes on for the yearly Santa Run on December 2.
Kick off Christmas in style along with hundreds of runners, joggers and walkers from across Exeter and the surrounding area. Age and ability is not a barrier. So sign up today, bring your friends and family along, and get dressed up to raise some money for a great case.
Exeter Cathedral - 12 Days of Christmas Trail
Grab a trail map and seek out the hidden treasure chests to discover what Exeter Cathedral gave on each day of Christmas, just like the famous song. Take your answers over to the Cathedral shop for a festive gift to take back home with you.
From November 24 - December 29.
Exeter Northcott - Jack and the Beanstalk
Get ready for a giant family adventure this Christmas with The Northcott.
Expect plenty of laughs, fun, live music and audience participation, this show is perfect for all the family.
Running from December 3 to Janurary 6.
Magdalen Road Christmas Fair
Get into the Christmas spirit at Magdalen Road’s Christmas fair on December 1 and enjoy a whole host of festive activities, fun for all the family. There will be food and drinks available, live entertainment from bands and singers, fairground rides, opportunities to pick up presents for the loved ones in your life and lots of other festive fun for the whole family.
Meet Santa in Princesshay
For the first time ever, Santa and a few of his elves will be stopping in Exeter for an Artic adventure that will be magic for all the family. Take a photo in Santa’s sleigh or make and take home a snow globe decoration.
December 1, 2, 8 and 9.
Entrance: £4 for child for Santa’s Meet and Greet, including a special gift.
All proceeds to FORCE Cancer Charity.
Late night shopping entertainment
Get into the magic of the Christmas season with Princesshay’s free, festive entertainment this winter.
Come along and get into the festive spirit with Late Night Thursdays, where there will be a number of fantastic street entertainment and displays to really light up your late night shopping experience from balletic aerialist flying high on a gravitating giant balloon, a glow show, , illuminated roller skating presents, a visual show, a real life snow queen in a snow globe and light walkers illuminating the streets.

Crealy Christmas Spectacular
There are nine exciting new events happening this year at the Crealy Christmas Spectacular. You can join Otto the Elf and his toy dog Rusty on their magical Christmas adventure back to the North Pole at the South West’s first ever Christmas on ice show. Head over to Mary’s Christmas bakery where you could Join Mary and her team of merry cookie makers and learn how to decorate festive Gingerbread treats. There’s even a special stop to Santa's Magical Toy Shop where you can choose a special present from over 30,000 brilliant toys and gifts.
Aladdin at Corn Exchange
Join Aladdin and a whole host of classic characters on a magical adventure at Exeter Corn Exchange this Christmas. The show runs from 8 December to 1 January and offers audiences lots of merriment, slapstick fun and silly sing-along songs.
Carols by Candlelight at Donkey Sanctuary
Sing-a-long with some donkeys this December 14 at the Donkey Sanctuary’s Carols by candlelight. There will a host of merry tunes, followed by a 45 minute Christmas carol service. Festive refreshments will be available, as well as the gift shop for lots of lovely Christmas gifts.

Gruffalo visits Guildhall
Pop down to Market Square at Guildhall Shopping Centre, on December 15 and meet The Gruffalo. You can also have some fun photos as there will be plenty of photo opportunities.
