Crave

Harry's Restaurant

A firm favourite in Exeter since the 90s, Harry’s Restaurant is a family-run gem now proudly in its third generation. Known for award-winning food, classic cocktails and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, Harry’s is a great choice this Veganuary serving up tasty options including truffled parsnip soup, sprout and kale salad, and truffled mushroom risotto.

On the Waterfront

If you've never experiened On The Waterfront's famous dustin lid pizzas then you don't know what you're missing and the best news is that there are plenty of vegan options. Choose from a classic margherita, add some spice with the 'flaming veggies' or try the Siciliano. There's also a great range of small plates but dare you brave the 'Moving Mountains Burger'!

The Ivy

If you're looking to sample some fine dining and glamour this Veganuary then a visit to The Ivy Exeter should be on your list. Neighbouring the iconic Exeter Cathedral, their vegan and vegetarian menu changes with the seasons and currently includes Foraged Wild Mushroom and Truffle Linguine, Lentil and Aubergine Bake, Plant-based Vegan “Cheese Burger”, and many more tasty delights. 

The Turks Head

Located in the heart of the city centre, next to the historic Guildhall is one of the regions oldest pubs and believed to be the favourite watering hole of Charles Dickens. The popular Turk's Head isn't just confined to the history books though as these days not only do they serve up a bewildering array of drinks but also a great selection of vegan options on their menu along a  with vegan Sunday roast that's been getting rave reviews.

The Cosy Club

The Cosy Club's menu is full of British classics with a modern twist and their vegan menu is no exception! From breakfast and brunch to small plates and mains, you certainly won't go hungry and our tastebuds are tingling at the sound of a vegan dirty breakfast butty and Sticky Asian Cauliflower Salad.

Brightside

Offering a freshly cooked menu of comforting classics, get your Veganuary off to a sunny start with a Brightside meal. Start your day with a veggie/vegan breakfast (which is actually served all-day!) or tuck into a Sri Lankan Veggie Curry and Super Bright Salad.

Pho

You might already be aware that Pho is the national dish of Vietnam but did you know that 40% of their menu is vegan? The short menu means they can specialise in a small number of Vietnamese street foods, as well as ensuring everything is made fresh in house every day.
