Murder is coming to the village of Chortelby and unfortunately for the killer, so is Agatha Crusty.
Crime novelist Agatha Crusty is rather good at solving murders as well as writing about them. So when a visit to her sister-in-law coincides with a suspicious death involving the All Saints Village Hall committee, Agathas curiosity is immediately aroused.
Then another body turns up. And another...
With the committee members rapidly becoming suspects and potential victims Agatha sets about uncovering the truth. Shell have to work quickly, particularly with the spectacularly incompetent DI Twigg supposedly in charge of the investigation.
Written by Derek Webb, Agatha Crusty and the Village Hall Murders is a wonderfully silly murder mystery packed with eccentric characters, suspicious behaviour, red herrings and plenty of laughs. As the bodies pile up, so do the questions: who is behind the murders, who might be next and can Agatha crack the case before the killer strikes again?
