Murder is coming to the village of Chortelby - and unfortunately for the killer, so is Agatha Crusty.

Crime novelist Agatha Crusty - is rather good at solving murders as well as writing about them. So when a visit to her sister-in-law coincides with a suspicious death involving the All Saints Village Hall committee, Agatha's curiosity is immediately aroused.

Then another body turns up. And another...

With the committee members rapidly becoming suspects - and potential victims - Agatha sets about uncovering the truth. She'll have to work quickly, particularly with the spectacularly incompetent DI Twigg supposedly in charge of the investigation.
