Join us for a Saturday night of bold, uplifting live jazz with the Dave Morecroft Trio, led by internationally acclaimed pianist and composer Dave Morecroft.
Based between Rome and the West Country, Morecroft has taken his music to some of the world’s most respected jazz stages - from Tokyo and Berlin to Shenzhen and Mumbai - earning a reputation for inventive writing, dynamic interplay, and magnetic live performances.
After five releases on RareNoise Records and the success of his Italian trio FUUG, Morecroft returns to his West Country roots with a powerful new trio featuring Phil Horler on drums and Dave Roberts on bass. Expect brand-new originals, fresh interpretations, and carefully selected jazz standards, much of which features on their new 2025 EP, recorded in Taunton, Somerset and available on Bandcamp.
