Try 5rhythms dance!
In a world of increasing complexities, structures and pressures, 5Rhythms dance creates a sense of freedom and encourages individuals to embrace their unique rhythm and follow what feels natural to them. Understand their own body and follow their own feet in the dance.
In this 2hr session we start with a warm-up then move on to Body Parts Meditation followed by dancing a Wave.
Many people tend to shy away from dance classes, afraid of not being able to keep up with the pace of a choreography, or because they are body- or self-conscious. With 5Rhythms dance, this isn't the case; this movement meditation invites everyone, no matter their size, age, gender, flexibility or ability, to lose themselves in the world of dance.
You don't need any experience and there are no steps to follow, just a willingness to discover your own dance.
