The Exeter University Jazz Orchestra (EUJO) is the University’s premier auditioned big band, bringing together 25 talented musicians to perform an exciting mix of jazz, funk, and soul. Featuring three ensembles - The Big Band, The Anything Goes Funk Band, and The Small Band - EUJO delivers a dynamic and professional sound that never fails to get audiences moving.
From timeless jazz standards and high-energy funk classics to modern arrangements and original compositions written by members past and present, EUJO’s repertoire celebrates the very best of live jazz music.
Having performed at a wide range of events - from University balls, conferences, and graduations to weddings, festivals, and public functions across the South West - EUJO is known for its infectious energy, musical excellence, and vibrant stage presence.
