A TOUR OF THE SCENIC DARTMOOR NATIONAL PARK OF APPROXIMATELY 90 MILES.

A SPECTACULAR RUN FOR CLASSIC AND MODERN MOTORCYCLES AND MOTORCYCLE COMBINATIONS.


Departing from Exeter Quay at 10.00am, this picturesque ride takes you through and around the Dartmoor National Park, stopping for coffee/lunch before returning back to Exeter Quay for the award presentations. Donations will be given to local charities including the Lord Mayor of Exeter’s Charity.

Although the Run is primarily an event for classic bikes, we welcome riders of modern machines and any bike regardless of age and make We will again be supporting local charities.

All profits raised, except for minor expenses, will go to the Devon Freewheelers and the Lord Mayor of Exeter’s charity Please put a note in your diaries, iphones, ipads etc and tell any of your friends you think might be interested.

Once again, we are not taking pre registrations. When you arrive at the quay you will be given an entry card to fill in. Take this to the registration desk with your payment to receive a run number sticker for your machine. The cost is £10 per machine payable on the day. Please have the correct money available if possible, this will help to speed up the booking process.

The Run will start at 10am from Exeter’s Quay, which is off Western Way, Exeter, EX2 4AP Registration and judging are from 9am. If you are awarded a prize, a notification will be attached to your handlebar. On arrival at the quay, please complete your entry card, pay your £10 fee, collect your run number from the registration desk, and await instructions from the marshals

There will be a coffee stop at Okehampton and lunch stop at Princetown. Marshals will be stationed along the route to guide you on your way If you have any questions regarding the run please do not hesitate to contact us at dartmoor.ecmc@yahoo.co.uk.
