Reading Between the Wines: A Wine-Book Pairing at Exeter Library
Come along for an evening of great tipples and titles at Exeter Library, with an event where we pair affordable wines with some of our favourite fiction. Brought to you by staff at Exeter Library (who are definitely not wine experts,) we will take you on a voyage of supermarket plonk and pairing it with some excellent and eclectic literature.
Think The Grapes of Wrath meets Snoop Dog's Cali range, or The Silence of the Lambs and a nice Chianti... (actual titles and wines will be revealed on the night!) This is a fun and accessible event about celebrating books - it's an event for book lovers and wine lovers, but probably not for wine connoisseurs...
Tickets are just 12 per person for Library members (15 for non-members.) Over 18 only.
During the night we will serve each person 4 x small (125ml) glasses, with the option to buy more alcohol and soft drinks throughout the evening.
This event will last for around 60 mins.
Feel free to bring your own food
