itsu brings Asian-inspired ‘health and happiness’ to Exeter, with beautiful food, beautifully done. Most of the menu is under 500 [good] calories, packed with vitamins, fibre and protein, and over a third plant-based.
Every itsu has its own kitchen team making nutritious dishes which are steamed [not fried] and made on the spot each and every day, with responsibly sourced ingredients.
Inspired by fresh food places of Japan, itsu also holds a half-price sale every evening to tackle food waste, because there’s no ‘planet B’.
From Exeter Central train station proceed southwest toward Queen St. Turn left onto Queen St and proceed for 0.2 mi. Then turn left onto High St and proceed for 0.2 mi.
From Exeter Central take bus F/H/Uni. 3 stops. Whipton, Queen Street, Marks and Spencer.
Get off at High Street, 1 min walk.
